Hey there!
After a lot of discussion on IRC, a few of us have come up with some =
conclusions (a few of them are my opinions anyway): =20
1) We do not need a separate WWYC chat room. Just go to CQDX, then if =
enough of us are there, we can move to #WWYC... it's not taken, and we =
just go there, it creates itself. No hassle, nothing. That seems a bit =
better for our purposes. Unless we get TONS of members.
2) The contest should be about the 3rd weekend in April. There are a =
few contests on then, but very very minor. Plus, ours is better :) =
Also, if we figure this out now, we can get info off to the mags in time =
for the march or april issue... JUST in time. =20
3) The report for the contest should include age, and maybe =
state/country. Qso's should be 3 points for cw and 2 for ssb. I forget =
what Jason said on his last message. Mults should be countries of =
people under 30, or countries in general. Not sure which would work out =
the best. =20
4) We need to figure out how to log this thing! I am a CT/WL user. WL =
is my first choice. TR is not an option, I hate that stupid program :) =
But most others like it, although I don't know why. I guess NA has a =
custom thing too? Not sure how to use it, but NA works pretty well. =
Ideas???
5) Dan is a big loser.
Catch y'all on IRC if ya show up... it's a great way to discuss =
things...
HNY!
