[WWYC] WWYC contest log program??

No problem about logging program....
I can make it for Windows...And for others who likes
CT, NA, WL etc. we can make option to import their logs
from ADIF format into this program...
Also, we can put some PERL programs to receive
logs by email and to process them...it could be really 
interesting...

But first of all, we have to know contest rules.....:)
