[WWYC] Cooperate together with INYA

Hi

Sure Mike, I think you should put a link on our homepage. In my view
it is the right thing to cooperate with the different clubs or
organisations for young ham radio operators. Perhaps we should
also ask LYRA (League of Young Radio Amateurs) if they
are interested in working together with us?
