[WWYC] Cooperate together with INYA

Thomas and others,

LYRA is primarily for young American hams, but we welcome International members and I invite all WWYC members to join LYRA.  I would also like to hear from all other young amateur clubs overseas and become member-organizations of IYCC (www.qsl.net/iycc).  The IYCC was created to bring together organizations from other countries and maintain a list of youth organzations worldwide.
