OK here are some answers to some questions that I have been asked. These
are good questions and some I have considered for a long time.
Q: Why no 80m?
A: Several reasons. 1. This gives Europe an advantage over NA. 2. There
is a good opening night time from EU/NA during April. There will be nobody
on 80.
Q: Why no YC? Why are multipliers not WWYC Members?
A: YC is confusing to many stations. Having prefixes for multipliers
makes it very easy for logging programs to figure, and for me to figure
out. This eliminates many many hours for me to study logs.
Q: Why 24 hours?
A: This gives everyone a fair chance for propagation.
I hope that this appeases everyone and makes a fair settlement.
Q: Why no time limit?
A: Expressions by 9A6NHH, AD7U, K9YO, N6MJ, and some others are that there
is no time limit. I can agree to this.
Q: Why no single mode category?
A: This makes more and more categories and awards. There are already enough.
Have fun and see you in the contest.

PS This is final version I am quite sure. We cannot be constantly changing
rules around because magazines won't print it correctly if we do.
