[WWYC] YL #4 in WWYC ?

Hey guys,
I saw Dimitar put 3 YLs but I think I found 4th YL in our group. 
I'm not sure about it but Carrie sounds like a female name to me.
so... next question: is WWYC #45 KC0FZR Carrie also a YL? 
In NCJ there was also article about some YL Contesters? But not sure about
it. Maybe someone can contact them if knows how. So We could have more YLs.
In Croatia there is one YL Contester 15years old, but she's not that often
on air. Will ask her if she'd like to join us.
