[WWYC] introduce myself

Hi Young Contesters !

Just a mail to introduce my self to you : I'm Nicolas, 16 years old, my
callsign is F4CTS, I'm only allowed to VHF and higher, and my equipment
only works in VHF (144/146). It is 100W in a home made 9 elements yagi
antenna, situated in the North-East of France (JN39CC), very near from
Germany and Luxembourg.
