[WWYC] IARU 2001

Hi Guys,

Sorry for late, but I've got a lot of other works....
So this is my IARU score... It's not so good as I planned but I had a
lot of problem during the test with keyer-circuit, and couldn't to 
fix the SWR of 40m dipole. It was 1:1.5.....
At ~01:00z time when I tried to move to 80m (after 40m) the 
keyer-circuit not worked... I turned off the full rig!!!!
