      Date: February, 3, 2001
      Time: from 09:00 till 13:00 UTC
      Mode: SSB Only
      Bands: 80, 40, 20 m
      Classes: Single young Op, Multy/single junior stations, SWLs
      Exchange:  3 last digits of previous received number +
                       own QSO number (6 symbols)    
      Points : 3 points for any QSO
      Additional points: 10 points for a new DXCC country
on each band
      Duplicate QSOs: allowed at different bands or in
different tours (lasted from 00 min till 59  min of the hour)
      Multipliers:  no multipliers in this Contest
      Submit logs by: February, 19. 2001
      E-mail logs to: contest@paguo.ru
      Mail logs to:
