[WWYC] Russian DX Contest

once per band, but if you aint going to send log why to bother?:)
Those who use software which doesnt count points can also send log to
russians coz russians are making recounting anyway so no need to do it
yourself (that's what I did 2 years back and score got out).
As there will be quite of WWYCers active guys please sign WWYC for club
competition, maybe we can get some good score?
About Scott's teory on working low power: not only that you can be active
but also can won a nice plaque for any of all bands low power categories (if
you're good enough). As I talked to some WWYCers there are few that will
play MIX-LP so we will have nice fun in there.
About the software: you have nice UA1AAF's software on www.qsl.ru/rdxc as
well as results/rules etc.

WWYC new stuff....
You can now talk to many WWYCers via packet, you can find quite many of them
on packet conferences. Yesterday talked with 9a5acw, ik3una, dj1yfk... so
another way to communicate beside IRC.
Nice to see WWYC is back in mood !
