It's true...
In other case, there is no sense to contesting at all....
Everybody knows that there are cheating but isn't it stupid that
if you win then everything is OK, if you loose, others are cheating?!...

Hmmmm.... If that continues, as you wrote contesting hobby would
be dead for sure...
