[WWYC] logging software

3 most popular contest loggers are CT, TR and Writelog (WL).
EI5DI is good, but not for serious contesting.
For UBA, PACC and such types of contest it's okey!
Also there is UA1AAF's contest loggers that are free and popular, but that
software is not even close to CT or TR possibilities, however it's
functionality is great for only few KB on the disc.
