[WWYC] WRTC 2006 in Brazil

Hi guys:
            I have been in the V meeting of DX and Competitions. That one
were a non offcial announce. Anyway, you can be sure that it has been a
surprise for we all. Oms, PY5EG gave us the good news. We gonna have a
dinner (this time in Brasília) for the official one.

PS: I forgot to say that I have operated the IARU contest from ZW5B as SO,
not M/S.

It was announced in 5o meeting of DX and Competitions, for the Araucária
Group of DX that the next WRTC, event this considered as the olimpíadas ones
of the radioamadorismo will be carried through in Florianópolis, Santa
Catarina in the month of July of 2006. The WRTC is a competition who
congregates the best operators of the world in an only place and that they
compete between itself, showing its operational abilities in the most
diverse modalities. Congratulations to Brazil for hosting event of so great
largeness that certainly it will be the carried through greater already in
the South America.
