[WWYC] Voice Keyer

Hello!

I sent out a mail yesterday about the Voice Keyer and it was sent around on 
reflectors around the world which I find very nice. Now I've made a homepage 
to the software where I put up upgrades etc. of the software. The location 
of the page is at my girlfriends page because my own server is awaiting a 
new harddrive.

The newest upgrade is that I've added PTT via the LPT ports pin #16.
