[WWYC] WWYC Polish section

Hallo!
After a short article in Polish ham magazine it's almost sure that we'll
create Polish section of WWYC (SPWWYC) to consolidate WWYCers from Poland.
We'll do our best to spread WWYC and get new members of our club. We'll give
support for everyone who would like to become a member of WWYC.
I suggest that WWYC sections should be create in every country as fast as
it's possible.
