It wasn't you.. The original proposed rule (from my interpretation) was
that a SC could not be a member of a local contesting organization for
fear that this would create a conflict of interest with WWYC...

oh nononono!  I must have said things in the wrong form!
I would never agree to break off from YCCC...trust me on that!  I was
just curious as to how many other hams there were on the east coast
willing to take the position.  Oooops!
