You can also give a try to HA1AH's software. He has included Rus-DX, with
oblast recognition etc. Voice and CW keying is supported, you can run it on
nearly any platform (Linux included!). In addition it's FREE. Right now he's
busy with implementing SO2R so if you let your voice heard, you can get your
killer SO2R functionality implemented. As a unique feature it has a
client-server networking so you can kiss those double serials goodbye...

Wayne W5XD also did a great job with RusDX in Writelog. 

I can second Hrle's comments about RusDX, IMHO the second best contest of
the year and definitely worth to join.
