This contest will use the PSK63 method developed by Skip Teller KH6TY. The
version of PSK63 offers 100 WPM PSK with narrow bandwidth at 100WPM, ideal
for contesting !

To enter the contest you will need software that supports this version of
PSK63. To date, known software that supports this form of PSK63 is WINPSK,
WINPSKse. Quik PSK , DXPSK,Logger32, PSK31 Deluxe, PSK-Pal, RCKRtty,
W1SQLPSK and Zakanaka . These programs require that you replace the
PSKCORE.DLL in your PSK folder with new PSK63 Core available at
<A HREF="http://www.qsl.net/kh6ty/psk63/psk63core.zip">http://www.qsl.net/kh6ty/psk63/psk63core.zip</A> .

For help in accomplishing this please join the Digital Radio Reflector at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/digitalradio/ and request assistance.

DATE : Start 0000 UTC September 6 and end 2359 UTC September 6 2003

Bands: 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 m.

Example : The suggested area for PSK63 operation on 20 meters is just above
the PSK31 activity, or starting at 14072.5 and extending to the beginning of
the RTTY activity area at 14080. To do this, just set your transceiver to
UPPER sideband, and the dial frequency to 14072.0. Use the same concept for
the other bands .

Note: Bandwidth for PSK63 is twice that of PSK31. Please operate with
courtesy when choosing a frequency to call CQ Contest on.
