[WWYC] Are we ready for new design?

I'm defintely up for keeping the node up if anyone wants it there.
Right now it takes almost no resources and just idles away, there
if we want, waiting if we don't want. It has been a lot of fun when
three or four of us get on and chat back and forth. It's good for
contests where you can or want to use packet but can't be on IRC.
It will stay up through the contest season and we'll see how it does.
BTW-- for those of you who missed it check out the 3C0V spots and
announcements on the full DXC last night. A few were amusing.
