[WWYC] sprint notes

I think EU Sprint is still not so activated to make any big strategies. In
NA Sprint you can miss a lot of stations, in EU Sprint you cant due much
lower activity - that's why speeds are limited and there's no need to be too
fast, you even end with some free time. As the activity is increasing we
might change some habbits and use NA Sprint system such as
call-exchange-call which is way more efficient.
I hope activity will be much higher in few years and so we will be more
limited with our skills rather then good location/equipment. I think Sprint
is the contest which allows that if activity allows that to happen.
Activity, activity and more activity needed...
