Hey,

Please excuse me for the delaying of the nomination system. I'm pretty 
busy around the christmas holiday (the whole family will get together), 
my father have a birthday also and i've got big "offensive" on the job, 
for finishing a project, so I'll code the nomination system asap. In 
fact there's not too much left, but need some serious testing also :P
