[WWYC] IOTA and more

Hello lids!

Wish I could join some of you lids at the Croatian WWYC Meeting but 
unfortunatly my economy cant handle that, maybe next year, if there is a 
meeting next year.

I will be active in the IOTA contest but not from an IOTA. I will be 
operating from home and if the weather calms down with a new antenna on 15M. 
New tower going up hopefully this week with a nice antenna for 15M, looks 
very pretty :-)

80M: Inverted Vee for CW, Sloper for SSB
40M: 1/4 vertical + Inverted Vee
20M: 4/3el mono lower fixed @UA + 6el tribander
15M: 5el mono + 6el tribander
10M: 6el tribander

Rig: TS850SAT + TS930S
Amp: SB221 (1kW)

I use powersplit between 4/3el and the tribander, so either the 4el or 3el + 
tribander. The tribander will probably be fixed at EU during the whole 
contest and most of the time the 4el is probably at UK or JA depending on 
the openings. I will also finish draging up a new RG17 low loss coax up the 
hilltop before the weekend. That way full SO2R will hopefully be possible if 
nothing breaks down and I feel that SO2R is the key to success in this 
contest, trying to work as many IOTA qsos on the 2nd rig.

This is gonna be a fun contest and hopefully I will work you all. I will be 
SOAB HP MIX btw. I hope bands open up towards JA cuz I really want to try 
the new "monster" on 15M and JA is my best direction on all bands, and JA is 
an IOTA :-)

In Sweden we are not allowed to hunt bears, therefor we never drink them 
either. Beer on the other hand is FB :-) Sorry, couldnt keep myself from 
being a lid...haha
