[WWYC] OMs of wwYC and club calls

Piotr SP9TNM sand me a individual e-mail in which we wrote that SP9YNM call
is a individual call not a club. Our statement folows that normally SP*Y***,
SP*K***, SP*P***, and SP*Z*** are club calls. This abnormal situation is a
result of mess in our department of communication few years ago when one
local department gave SP*Y*** calls for YLs.
So I'm sorry for misunderstanding.
But I'm waiting for your opinion about SP1NQN - OldTime member of WWYC :)
