I think I used NuMorse ( http://www.nu-ware.com/ ) to start learning, and once I knew
the code I used the notorious PED and RUFZ to build speed and the "contest
procedures" like 'type ahead' etc.

Learning CW was not hard for me, it was a matter of discipline to do my daily 15
minutes of drill. I think that is the key to success: a daily run of about 10 to 20
minutes.
