[WWYC] WWYC passes 500 members

I think in YU you cant get callsign as soon as you get some minimum
licence - I'm not 100% sure tho. Maybe some YU can explain us. Same was
here - I passed my exam in '95 but got my 1st call in '97. Then they gave me
9A6N which was Novice class even few of us here were close to the top class.
As we were not even 16 law didnt threat us too good - we spent many hours
fighting for the call! Also you couldnt have best licence untill you were
18 - but since Pazin gang was always special I was approved on one with 17.
At that time transformations started to happen :-)

Many countries have different views/laws... in T9 you can get short callsign
like T99X as soon as you earn #1 licence... that'd be cool thing to have
here but now it's not that easy to get even 9A9XX call :-)

We should define some rulez for future because basicly we could sign up
whole Club what SP1DID told me this morning. For now we're still without any
limits except the age one. Maybe some day someone will want to change
that...

By the way, at this moment only DJ1YFK, KE9R, SM3WMV, LZ5AZ, M3PHP & 9A6XX
can sign up people as we're the admins on wwyc.net ! If something like this
repeats we can have small deal and revise the problem.
