Subject: [WWYC] Eu-Sprint Names

Hello lids,

still quite some time from now, but I think we should do some
brainstorming about new names for the Eu-Sprints in 2005.

This year we used "Lid" as nicknames in our teams, quite successfully,
but we can do better, I think.

Hrle and me thought about using "Beer" as a nickname in 2005, but
unless being drunk while operating (which the majority of is, I
know..) it sounds rather embarassing. Well, I thought the same thing
about "lid", too, but it has obviously been accepted. Few questions
about the name, and those who asked didn't seem to be offended by
senting "lid lid" to them.

Well, last year in October I proposed

> Beatles Team: John, Paul, George and Ringo
> The King-Team: Elvis, Elvis, Elvis and Elvis
> The Geek-team: Bill (Gates), Steve (Jobs), Linus (Torvalds), Alan
> (Cox).
> The Prez-Team: Saddam, Yasir, George, Gerhard (ouch, not a good idea!)
> The Lid-Team: Lid, Lid, Lid, Lid
> The badger-team: Badger, Snake, Mushroom (only for #wwyc lids)

Of which we chosed the lid-team. I still love the Beatles team very
much, but I am sure with a little brainstorming we can add some more
possible teams. Any suggestions? MMh,..

Math-Team: Sinus, Cosinus, Tanget, Cotangent..
Physics-Team: Ohm, Volt, Ampere, Watts, ...
Search-Engine-Team: Google, Altavista, Yahoo, MSN (oh well, lidish!)
Starwars-Team: R2-D2, C-3PO, Dart Vader, ...
Booze-Team: Korn, Schnaps, Wodka, Whiskey, ...
OS-Team: Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Unix, ...

... mmh, not very convincing. Any thoughts?

(By the way: I guess it's impossible to beat LZ4UU's name in EU
Sprint. ILIYAGETZOV, that was really awesome! Congrats, Iliya ;-)
