[WWYC] final selection criteria

Hey guys & girls, 

New criterias for WRTC 2006 are out - http://www.wrtc2006.com/criteria2.pdf 
these are seems to be final ones.
You can start counting your points and make caluculations now. good news for 
the young teams are that there's no draw. 

I calculated my results - 8 best scores from 2002 to 2004 and my total 
points are:
based on regional scores: 2560.5 points
based on continental scores: 2205 points
