Yes - you see, the server is actually currently located in BA. 
Shouldn't be a problem, as the backbone (for me, at least) is 
Sprint, a large recognised tier-1 ISP.

However, doing a traceroute to wwyc.net reveals there appears to be 
a 'slight issue' beyond Sprint, possibly at the datacentre where the 
server is located etc. For me, the last Sprint router returns a ping 
time of ~200ms (no problem - about the same as west coast US) but 
then there are several ping timeouts (eek) and the server itself 
returns a ping time of ~1320ms!

So, it does appear something is not _quite_ right. Perhaps we could 
look at hosting the site elsewhere? Europe or the States would make 
more sense...? How much data is transferred to/from the WWYC 
website, on average, per month?
