[WWYC] Novice member of SKY CC

At the YU DX contest weekend I applicated for membership in SKY Contest Club, and I have been trough very rigorous procedure. I had to repeat very slowly and as much loudly as I can I oath standing on the top of 48m high tower. We had a great time that weekend.
