[WWYC] HA DX Contest

Indeed,
the e-mail address from SM3CER is incorrect
(nevertheless SM3CER has a UFB website!) The right
e-mail address is the one Fabian mailed  here. I used
it, and I got a confirmation that my log was accepted
in return.
