[WWYC] cqww ssb plans

Hellow!
Seems my plans to go get my degree before cqww ssb have dissapeared.
My teacher is taking so long that there is almost 99% probability that
i'll still be in Slovenia at time of cqww.

If that's so i'll be active as last year with my own call S55O in the
LP 80m category.
Hope that i'll set up 2 beams (3el 4 usa and 2el 4 ja) and i hope to
beat my last year's score of 834 Qso and 68k points.
