[WWYC] wwyc.net moved to VE

Hey, guys,

I have moved wwyc.net into an Redhat Canada's IDC in Toronto, thanks
to Kenneth, BD4RR/VA3RRW. I hope the new hosting can bring a better
experience of this site. Maybe you have to wait a couple of hours for
the DNS to be updated. But i have brought down the old one. So if you
succeed in viewing the frontpage, that's it. Any comment is welcomed.
