I am willing to host the site on a server based in London, UK. It's a
good location in general, particularly for EU and NA visitors. It's
hosting quite a few other things, including the Win-Test manual[1].

I have a also have a shed load of bandwidth so feel free to create a new
newsletter before the next alignment of the solar system!
