[WWYC] CQ WW Teams

I'd say that you make one team which is an "elite team" and the rest on 
team two. Maybe Franki for example and WQ2N should be in team 1 since 
they are HP? Also NH2T who will probably make one of the biggest scores 
is forgotten.
