[WWYC] CQWW SSB teams

All:

WWYC teams have won the team competition 2 years in a row in the CQWW SSB 
contest.

Last year's team of ES5TV at 4O3A, OH2UA at CR2X, CT1ILT at CR6K, OZ1AA at 
OY3AA and NN3W smashed the competition.

It'd be great to do it again.  Currently I know we have ES5TV and NN3W. 
CT1ILT will not be available as he's part of a multi team.

So we're looking for new replacements for Team #1 and other teams.
