Thanks Hrle for spreading the word!

It really is important that the WWYCers sign the petition. In the I'm not
sure whether it will make the organizers actually change the rule, but at
least we must try.

WWYC and others club really deserve to be fully considered in the Club
competition and it certainly is non sense to restrict the membership to a
delimited geographic region.
