I think that there is little WWYC population in that range, no? Or at least, 
they seem less active.
I have a feeling there is a vacuum left behind "the active guys" that are 
now in their late 20ies or early 30ies.
"the active guys" = those who were there in most contests 10 years ago, and 
still show up on the bands - we know who were are  ;o)

Please correct if I'm wrong!
