I am preparing the HB9HQ participation in the IARU Championship. I have  
found that you have a database of the ITU stations of 2012 on the  
Contesting.no homepage.

This is a good start, but today, some stations are no longer in the AC  
or R1 councils.

Do you have a newer version ? If not, how can I edit/update it to be  
compatible with WinTest ?
