MP's Mystery Pots ...?

There is something funny here.... The manual says vr6811 is the cw tuning
meter calibration. See page 72. It's the top leftmost pot labeled cw.
See page 18. Now the mystery pot is vr6812 that comes with the warning.
It fits the same description as vr6812 according to the below information.
It is not labeled. Could someone with a tech manual look this up.
