[Yaesu] Yaesu Radio Timeout

I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple...

Been trying to get CT 9.27 to interface with new FT-1000MP, but keep 
getting "Yaesu radio timeout" at the bottom of the screen.

Suggestions?
