[Yaesu] FL2000 Amp.. problems !

Have an FL2000 and it is not preforming.. 
It has burnt the resistors in the parasitic chokes and will not stop
oscellating, no matter what I do.
I changed the 572 B's ... Svetlana new ones.Any suggestions appreciated. I
even lowered the plate voltage and still oscillates andburns the resistors.
I am getting tired changing them !
I even tried grounding the grids better with caps and also the input
circuit right at the filaments..... I'm lost.!!
