[Yaesu] CAT connector for FT-757GX.

Does anyone know the manufacturer and source of, or better yet 
the Mouser or Digikey stock number of, the female 3 conductor 
plug that fits the CAT socket on the back of the FT-757?   

Any help will be appreciated
