[Yaesu] FT-990/-1000D/MP Thoughts?

My suggestion is to sell the FT-990.  Several people I know who have owned
them have had problems.  I have an FT-1000 and love the radio but be
advised that the Molex style connector which feeds  Vcc to the final PA is
too light for any serious RTTY work.  I recently ordered an FT-920 which
should arrive soon.  I'll pass along my impressions later.  I intend for it
to be used with transverters.  W8KX
