[Yaesu] To FT-1000D users

Hi all,
Please advise what is required to use CAT option of FT-1000D
(cable, software etc.)? Where can I get all this (E-Mail address,
phone etc.)?
Please note, I do not have full Internet access (only the E-Mail).
