My ft50 does fine with the rubber ducky, but suffers substantially when
hooked up to my roof antenna. Its intermod rejection is no worse than my
ft51 or ft530 when attatched to the same antenna, though. Receive audio from
the ft50 is much louder than the others. Not a bad radio, but I miss the
dual in-band receive & crossband capabilities of the ft51 & ft530. Check the
