[Yaesu] 990 QRP

Hi Kok Chen,

I am told you have a mod to enable the 990 to be set to 5w.  Right now it
only goes to 12W and I would appreciate the info on getting it to work QRP.
I had no problem setting my FT1000 to 5W.
