[Yaesu] Cleaning preselect cap

I have a FT-102 and the preselect tuning cap is not tuning smoothly. It =
doesn't have a well defined peak and I can jiggle the control and see a =
bit of odd behavior. Maybe it needs to be tightened but it isn't what I =
would call loose.
