[Yaesu] FT-101E Parts

Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain a replacement VFO knob in
excellent condition for the FT-101 series transceiver?  Also, does anyone
have experience in repainting or touching-up the gray trim ring?  I'm
interested in finding the matching paint color.  Thanks es 73!
