As long as you are using the CAT function, have the front panel lock in =
the on position, and are doing everything by computer then there is no =
problem with synchronization being lost between the radio and computer. =
This is the correct way to use the CAT function with the FT-847. This =
provides absolutly no problem with logging if using software such as =
"CATLink Pro for the FT-847" which is soon to be released.=20
As in my last message, If you are using the CAT function and operating =
the radio by computer there is no need for the radio to send frequency =
or mode information to the computer. The computer already knows what =
frequency and mode you are operating.
