[Yaesu] FL2100Z LINEAR AMP and FT102

FL 2100Z LINEAR AMP  and  FT 102 TRANSCEIVER

I am looking for information on the above equipment.

I intend replacing the two 572B tubes in the FL 2100Z 1KW Linear Amp with
the Russsian Svetlana 572B tubes.Has anybody fitted these tubes.  Are they
a direct replacement without any modification to the circuitry?  I believe
that they are not a direct replacement in the FL 2100B without alteration
to the circuitry.

Are there any other makes recommended as a direct replacement?

FT102 Transceiver
I intend buying a standbye set of tubes for the FT102.  It has Sylvania
6146B tubes fitted. The Sylvania tube advertised is a 6146W which I believe
is a military spec. tube. Again is this similar in specification to the
6146B and is it a direct replacement 
Has anybody fitted these tubes?

I would be much obliged if somebody out there will help me with my queries.
